Maskulo.US provides shipping from its stockroom in Miami, FL, the United States.

We offer free economy shipping for customers in the US on orders over $50. (While maskulo.com website offers free worldwide shipping from Europe)

On maskulo.us, the economy shipping is provided by by USPS and FedEx Ground, express shipping is available via UPS, FedEx and DHL Express.

Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Please note that it may require 1 business day (except weekends and holidays) to prepare your order for shipment.

Orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday are processed on Monday.

Customs regulation and local legislation

When ordering products from maskulo.US for delivery outside of the United States you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Full responsibility for any legal problems concerning customs and delivery of goods in your country lies with you as a customer. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges. This also concerns parcels that are opened, lost, delayed, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Failure to pay the Customs fees may result in your package being held by Customs. Packages returned for such reasons will incur a secondary shipping fee if reshipped.
